When we chose our home we also went with the two promotions they were offering at the time being, the Designer Luxury & the Elite Designer.
Here is a list of other changes and upgrades we made to the standard design, things that added more $ to the bottom line.
Inclusions – Some of the promo inclusions were, 1 x 3 panel stacker door, Fully ducted aircon, Auto Garage door, T2 Termite treated frame, Alarm System, 1 tiled shower nook, Instantaneous hot water systetm, Smeg Ducted Rangehood, Smeg Dishwasher, Smeg Microwave, Smeg Freestanding 900mm gas cooktop, bulkhead over kitchen cabinatry, Increased ceiling height to 2600mm, stone benchtops to all bathroom and ensuite vanities, Corinthian Infinity INFWS6G front entry door.
Other Upgrades/costs
- Selected the prominent facade
- Acrylic render to facade parapet
- Upgrade to Austral Symmetry Earth Brick
- Added translucent glazing to front door
- Added smart glass SP10 to all windows
- Upgraded garage door colour to Coaba
- Extended the Alfresco by an extra 2.5 meters in length
- Added two hardwood timber stairs to the bottom of the staircase
- Changed 2 x Meals room windows to a slider stacker door (one leading onto the courtyard and the other leading onto the Alfrecso)
- Added double sliding cavity doors to the living room which will now act as a theatre room
- Added a single sliding cavity door to walk in pantry
- Upgraded insulation in roof to R2.0
- Upgraded insulation in walls to R3.5
- Upgraded to heavy duty sarking to the underside of the roof tiles
- Upgraded to 3 coat paint system to interwalls
- Added 4 painted feature walls, one to theatre, one to meals and the others in the two larger bedrooms.
- Upgraded internal doors and handles
- Upgraded all internal sink and tap wear
- Added tiled shower nooks to main bathroom, ensuite and powder room
- Upgraded toilet suites and shower heads
